• Programmable brewing temperature. Factory set at 200 degrees F, but can be adjusted in 2 degree increments from 170 to 204 

• Self diagnosis 

• Brew cycle water bypass, prevents over extracton of grounds for better taste 

• Energy saving "sleep" mode. After inactive for 2 hours unit reduces tank temp to save energy 

• Select 1/2 gal (12 cup), 1 gal (24 cup) or 1 1/2 gal (36 cup) brew batches per side
