E61 Brewing Group
Machine is designed with brewing unit heads used in Faema E61 and that usualy means great coffee extraction. Brewing process is initiated by pressing the lever up , after dispensing the proper amount of coffee in the cup group is stoped by pressing the lever down. Small portion of water is dispensed throgh the back end of the group and whola here's the perfect cup of coffee.
Boiler capacity
Machine also is equiped with 12 liter copper boiler for extra steam and hot water when you need it the most so machine is in operational mode regardless of the work load.
Steam Valves
There are two steam wands (copper brass) and one hot water valve. We recomend installing frothing device on one of the steam valves (usualy the side that you think you'll use more ofthen) so your cappuchino would be done in a matter of seconds instead wasting time with worming it up manualy
Cup Warmer
For best results cups must be pre heated and there is not a better place for pre heating than placing them on the top cover of the machine designed to your espresso and cappuccino cups. Remember that the best cappuccino is served in heavyly pre heated cappuccion cup so the cup itself would keep the heat of the frothed milk as long as possible.
